Description

Summit Cabin is a one bedroom plus loft, modified A-frame with a hot tub, wood burning fireplace, and air-conditioning. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a spiral staircase in the cottage leading to the upstairs loft where there are two twin sized beds. It can comfortably sleep 4.

The living area has a cathedral ceiling, wood burning fireplace, TV with Dish Network, DVD player and the kitchen has full sized major appliances as well as a microwave. A washer and a dryer are also included. There are hardwood floors and wood trim throughout.

The Hot Tub is located on a private deck just off of the master bedroom and there is a grill, hammock and fire ring in the yard.

Linens, towels and a generous portion of fire wood are all provided as well as basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, are included.

The cabin is only two minutes from Summersville Lake, the largest lake in West Virginia. It has over 28,000 acres of water and 60 miles of shoreline. Boating, water-skiing, swimming, scuba diving, picnicking, fishing, and biking are the favorite activities enjoyed by visitors. Technical rock climbing and whitewater rafting are available year-round, with scheduled whitewater releases below the dam on the world class Gauley River in September and October.

The cabin is only 20 minutes from Fayetteville, named one of America’s Coolest Small Town by Budget Travel Magazine and Matador Networks.
